Patricia Dunn, a Bronx-born author who grew up in Pelham Bay, has released "Last Stop on the 6."
It is a novel based on her experience growing up in the Bronx, which she says is like a small town.
Dunn says the work of fiction, which she started writing 25 years-ago, explores Italian American Bronx culture, family and the experiences of being an outsider.
The book is inspired by the Pelham Bay area, which is home to the last stop on the 6 train-- the book's namesake.
