Three Bronx sports legends were recently inducted into the New York City Basketball Hall of Fame.

Former Stevenson High School and Villanova star Ed Pinckney was inducted. He helped lead Villanova to the biggest upset in NCAA championship history with a 1985 win over Georgetown, whose roster included Patrick Ewing.

Bronx native and former All Hallows great Bobby Cremins was inducted for his college coaching. Cremins, who currently coaches at the College of Charleston, is the winningest coach in Georgia Tech's history with 479 victories.

Burt Beagle, who died in February, was inducted posthumously for his work as Baruch's longtime basketball statistician.

News 12 broadcaster Bob Wolff was also inducted for his 17 years of work with the New York Knicks.
