Police have arrested a Bronx man for arson in the Mott Haven fire that killed three people.

Daniel Santana, 45, is also facing three murder charges. Police say he was apprehended Monday evening.

On May 5, firefighters responded to a fire on the first floor of a deli on 2592 3rd Ave around 5 a.m. The fire quickly spread to the apartments on the second floor.

Two people were found dead in the debris. A third person was later found.
