A Bronx teen has been arrested in the connection to the killing of a man in Manhattan Wednesday.
Police say Miguel Cortez, 19, got into an argument with a 42-year-old man while the two were near the Hudson River in Washington Heights.
The argument escalated, and Cortez allegedly picked up a rock and smashed the victim in the head, causing him to fall into the water.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Cortez has been charged with murder.
