Brooklyn Councilwoman Inna Vernikov has decided to press charges against a man who kissed her during a TV interview last week in Brighton Beach.
The councilwoman made the announcement in a video posted to social media. In the video, she claims that the man has a long list of prior offenses.
She says she plans to file charges "in an attempt to make sure this individual does not try to assault anyone else".
