A 31-year-old man is in critical condition after a shooting in Brownsville.

Police say the man was shot in the shoulder and chest just before 3 a.m. Monday.

The incident took place at the Langston Hughes Houses at 335 Sutter Ave.

So far, there is no word yet on what may have sparked the shooting. No arrests have been made.
