Brooklyn residents headed to the polls early Tuesday to cast their votes in the presidential primary elections.
At P.S. 269 in Flatbush, poll workers said they?ve seen more early morning voters than usual. There?s been a steady turnout since polls opened at 6 a.m.
?The day will be chaotic,? said Alandra Mitchell, a poll worker.
With 24 other states deciding their presidential nominees Tuesday, Brooklyn voters are caught up in the excitement too.
?It?s an exciting day,? said voter Arnold Evans. ?There?s a serious contest going on today.?
