Police say a Bronx teen is in critical condition after he was stabbed at a Fordham train station early this morning.
Police say a 19-year-old Hispanic man received several stab wounds to the body just after 4 a.m. on the platform of the southbound 4 train at East Fordham Road and Jerome Avenue.The victim is in critical but stable condition.The stabbing comes on the heels of recent MTA reports that crime in city subways is on the rise. Commuters say they want to see around-the-clock police patrols.Police are still on the scene, and the investigation is ongoing. Commuters should expect some train delays.
