Claremont drivers are calling for access to off-limit parking spots along Fulton Avenue.
Residents complain that spaces reserved for Department of Correction vehicles surround the Fulton Correctional Facility and sit empty every day because the center closed back in October.
The state runs the facility, but the Department of Transportation (DOT) is responsible for the signs. Neighbors say they want either agency to step up and take down the no parking signs.
