Brooklyn residents gathered on Livonia Avenue Saturday for a community event that showcased the best of Brownsville.
Live! On Livonia, hosted by the Department of Transportation and community organizations, featured music, community programs and plans for streetscape improvements.
Organizers say they hope to have more community events in the area.
