A 16-year-old Brooklyn boy is in critical condition after he apparently stuck his head out of a window and was shot in the face Tuesday, according to police.
Authorities say Tavin Alves Clarke's 5-year-old brother discovered him on the floor of their third-floor home in Bushwick around 5 a.m. Police say it's possible the teenager looked out of his Cooper Street window after hearing gunshots, or was involved in some kind of dispute.
The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital, and according to his sister, is on life support.
No arrests have been made in the case. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
