A Hudson Valley couple has been charged in connection with an alleged underage drinking party.

Yorktown police say they were called to a residence on Clover Hill Lane for a report of a loud party last Friday.

When they arrived, there were about 200 attendees and they appeared intoxicated and were acting disorderly.

Kevin and Ingrid Richards, both 45 years old, were charged with criminal nuisance. They were given an appearance ticket and released on their own recognizance.
