Many people assembled outside the Brooklyn Museum Tuesday night for a vigil in memory of George Floyd.
One crowd came from the direction of Foley Square and marched across the bridge, merging with other groups to become one large demonstration.
An image of George Floyd was projected on a screen in front of the museum.
Some people in the crowd were continuing their calls to defund the New York Police Department. Others called for a world without racial inequality.
Some attendees have told News 12 they are planning another march for June 12 at Marcus Garvey Park in Harlem.
