Residents in a Crown Heights building say they have been living without heat and hot water.
Tenants at 1677 President St. say they have been without heat and hot water since Friday.
Residents say their landlord gave them small space heaters, but that the heaters do not heat the entire apartment.
Tenants say they have been buying large space heaters and sleeping in multiple layers at night. Some say they have been boiling water for bathing.
Building manager Jacob Fetman says he is working on the issue and plans to have it fixed as soon as possible.
The residents say the lack of heat has been an ongoing problem in the building.
