The death of a 1-year-old Bronx boy has been ruled a homicide.
The toddler was found dead inside his family's Wakefield home yesterday. He had two cigarette burns on his arms, according to News 12 The Bronx sources.
Authorities say a 911 call led them to 667 East 232nd St., where 1-year-old Richard Flood was found unconscious and unresponsive lying on the living room floor at around 11:25 a.m. He was rushed to Montefiore Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Police and the Administration for Children's Services are investigating the toddler's mother and boyfriend in the death.
