The Department of Buildings is investigating a partial wall collapse that happened Wednesday morning in Williamsburg.
They say the side of a building at the corner of South Third Street and Wythe Avenue fell on to the sidewalk.
Surveillance cameras captured the moment when the wall collapsed just as a person walked by.
There were no injuries reported in the incident.
