Private architectural sites throughout New York City were open to the general public this weekend as part of Open House New York.
Open House New York is designed to give people exclusive access to architectural sites.
Design buffs in Brooklyn got a chance to tour the new and improved Weylin B. Seymour's, the site of the former Williamsburg Savings Bank.
The bank was originally built in 1875. It then went through a detailed restoration process that began in 2010.
The general manager of the private event space hopes the open house offered an intimate experience to the public.
