Dick's Sporting Goods is the latest retailer to announce it will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.

The company says it will follow in the footsteps of some other major companies such as Target and Walmart.

They also announced they will be closed this year as the coronavirus alters holiday shopping plans.

Dick's will continue to give its employees a 15% pay bump through the end of the year.
