A makeover at Dome Playground on the border of Kensington and Borough Park will double the area where kids can play.
Money for the $2 million renovation came from discretionary funds that Councilman Brad Lander and Borough President Eric Adams allocated.
The playground will be bigger with new swings, play equipment and new benches. There will also be new lighting, water fountains, plants and trees.
Phase 2 of the renovations will include handball and basketball courts.
