Educators from the Dominican Republic are touring Bronx schools this week and taking ideas back to their country.
The five Ministry of Education members are visiting Cardinal Hayes High School Monday and Marble Hill High School for International Studies on Wednesday to see how the summer classes operate.
Officials say the visit was sparked by a Cardinal Hayes alum who spoke highly of the school to a contact in the Dominican's Education Ministry.
