Dozens turned out for an emergency town hall in Fort Greene Sunday to discuss police brutality.
The BRIC Center hosted the meeting, called "From Rodney King to Eric Garner," allowing the public to make their voices heard.
Organizers say the goal is that open discussion will move people's frustrations, anger and disappointment into action.
The panelists who participated added that they hope to keep working with the community to make sure that actual change happens.
