10h agoThe FDNY says two workers were rescued earlier this morning from scaffolding in Manhattan.
The workers had been washing windows on the side of a building on Columbus Circle.
Both workers were taken to hospital in stable condition.
Dramatic video on Citizen App shows the scaffolding swinging on the side of the building.
