WHAT’S NEXT: Chance for rain Monday and Tuesday. Extended forecast shows slightly above average rainfall ahead for next week.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny and hot. Highs around 90, feels like 90-95.  
SATURDAY: Partly sunny, slight chance for p.m. showers. Highs in the mid- and upper-80s.
SUNDAY: Repeat Saturday.  
MONDAY: Shower or storm chance in the afternoon. Highs in the mid-80s.
TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy, on and off rain showers. Highs in the low-80s.
WEDNESDAY: Partly cloudy, slight chance of showers. Highs in the mid-80s.
