Punxsutawney Phil is calling for an early spring after not seeing his shadow this morning on Groundhog’s Day.
Staten Island Charles, known as Chuck, is also predicting that spring is near.
Temperatures will be warming up this week, hitting 53 degrees on Monday and 57 degrees Tuesday.
