Early voting begins for New York’s August primary
Early voting in New York City is underway as the August primary approaches.
New York voters now have till Aug. 21 to decide the fate of Congress and the Senate. The extra nine days gives voters extended hours and the ability to vote on weekends.
The August primary is the second of two primaries being held this summer. The general elections take place in November.
