Kosta Diamantis, the former Connecticut deputy budget director accused of bribery and extortion, requested permission Monday for a six-week family trip to Greece, according to court filings.
Diamantis, who goes on trial in October, withdrew a similar request last summer after prosecutors said he might try to skip the country.
Diamantis was recently indicted on additional charges.
