A former Mount Vernon police officer has been sentenced to jail and probation for killing a White Plains man in a crash.
County police say Antoine Henrys was driving over 125 mph on the Hutchinson River Parkway while off duty last September when he rear-ended an SUV.
John Osorio, 52, was killed when he was hit by that SUV while riding his motorcycle.
Henrys pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter in April.
He has been sentenced to three months in jail and five years' probation.
