News 12 obtained exclusive video of tense moments when NYPD officers drew their guns on two teens accused of stealing a car in the Bronx.
The incident began in front of a deli on Eastchester Road. The workers inside say the victim was making a purchase while police say his car was left running outside.
Police say the victim was able stop the teens from stealing his car, but they got in another car and took off.
