Service has resumed on the northbound F train in Coney Island Thursday after a train derailment.
Commuters were advised to expect some delays throughout the day and that trains will be slower around the area.
Crews were continue to fix the track, with the cause of the derailment still under investigation.
According to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, a wheel of the train came off the track, leading to the derailment. The MTA said this was a newer train and that the track had been tested just a few months ago.
MTA officials say the incident had no connection to the collision and derailment of two trains last week.
