Families flock to Clinton Hill for knowledge on raising children
A community baby shower was held in Clinton Hill Saturday to help mothers learn about services provided to them and their children.
The event was held at P.S. 57 and is part of a citywide series which aims to provide maternal and child health services, resources and information to attending families.
"Raising a child in New York can be a challenge, you need all the support you can get," said Brooklyn Councilmember Laurie Combo.
In total, over 200 people showed up to gain information on topics like sleep safety, nutrition, universal Pre-K and more.
