Family: Missing Parkchester woman with Alzheimer's found safe by train conductor

The family of Rosa Lopez says she got on a train Saturday night and was found by a train conductor who brought her to Albert Einstein Hospital.

A Parkchester woman with Alzheimer’s was reunited with her family after she was missing for 24 hours. 
The family of Rosa Lopez says she got on a train Saturday night and was found by a train conductor. 
The conductor brought her to Albert Einstein Hospital. 
Lopez’s family says she had some facial injuries due to a fall, but is otherwise safe and healthy.
