Friday marks 7 years since Hector Diaz was killed, and no arrest has been made in his case to this day.

Diaz was just 35 years old when he was killed at his Bushwick home. Police say an intruder appeared to be trying to break in, and when he went to see what was going on, a fatal shot was fired through the glass door that struck him in the head.

Though seven years has passed, no suspect has been identified.
