The family of the man killed by an off-duty police officer met Friday afternoon with Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

The family of Delrawn Small met with the attorney general at his office in Manhattan for almost two hours.

The family tells News 12 that they wanted to make it very clear to the attorney general that they expect justice to be served.

For them, they say justice would be nothing short of Officer Wayne Isaacs being charged and convicted in the death of Small.

Small was killed during a traffic confrontation with Isaacs a little over a week ago in East New York. The incident was caught on surveillance camera, showing Small approaching the vehicle and moments later stumbling after being shot.

Small's brother says the attorney general now has to follow up on his words with appropriate action.

Schneiderman was appointed special prosecutor after a governor's mandate last year that stated all cases involving an unarmed civilian killed by police be reviewed by the attorney general.
