A family said their final goodbyes to 9-year-old Kyemani Mitchell Thursday night after the Brooklyn girl drowned in a reservoir in Staten Island. 
Mitchell drowned after falling into Silver Lake Reservoir. She was with seven other children and a 31-year-old woman when the incident happened. 
No arrests have been made at this time. Police say the incident is still under investigation. 
Mitchell’s mother says she plans on marching to the 120th Precinct as soon as Monday if there is still no arrest in the case. 
News 12’s Jericho Tran spoke with the family in Brownsville as they said their final goodbyes.
