A family is asking for the public to help to find a 61-year-old who has been missing for almost a week.
Norma James Pigott has been married to her husband, Everton, since 1992.
Originally from Antigua, they’ve raised children together in the borough, including a member of the military.
After he was diagnosed with dementia four years ago, he started to wander from their home on Franklin Avenue in Claremont. Last Saturday, he didn’t come back.
He was last seen on Saturday, Sept. 7 near 1349 Franklin Ave. in the Bronx wearing a dark navy blue Adidas tracksuit.
The family is asking anyone who sees him to call police or contact them, as his dementia may cause him to appear confused or struggle to communicate.
He may also be in the area of Sunshine Days Inc. adult day care.
The family can be contacted at 917-365-1986.
