A fire erupted inside the basement of a 12-unit mixed-use building early Saturday morning in Kensington.

Fire officials say they received a call reporting the incident on Church Avenue just before 4 a.m.

Footage of the scene shows flames coming from what appears to be a restaurant.

Sixty fire and EMS personnel rushed to the scene.

No injuries were reported, and the fire was under control by 5:40 a.m.

The cause remains under investigation.
