While consumers have shopped at both big box stores and local retailers this weekend, another option to find one-of-a-kind holiday gifts is at a flea market.
At Brooklyn Flea, about 100 vendors sell antiques, vintage and other specialty items at the indoor winter market. Many of them are based in Brooklyn, and produce handmade goods.
The 30,000-square-foot building is off the beaten path on Dean Street in Crown Heights.
For those who get hungry while shopping, 25 vendors also serve food at the flea market.
Brooklyn Flea will be open every weekend from now until March.
