Former Assemblywoman Diane Gordon will have to wait two more weeks to find out her fate.
Her sentencing at Brooklyn Supreme Court, which was scheduled for Wednesday, was delayed for two weeks.
Gordon was found guilty April 8 of conspiracy and bribery charges related to a development deal.
She is scheduled to return to court June 12 and faces 10 years in prison.
Gordon?s seat in the Assembly will remain vacant until November elections.
