As she said, winter really fast approaching right here in the city. Definitely starting to feel like it out there. Temperatures are expected to drop below freezing overnight. At least those feels like temperatures. We're taking a look outside as we are feeling lows in the thirties tonight. Yeah. Feel even colder than that tomorrow as temperatures are only expected to drop more news. 12 Shanice Archer is outside tonight as commuters are trying to keep warm. Yeah, Shanice, I see. You're bundled up. Dare I ask how it feels out there? Yeah, Kurt Amanda. Listen, I can barely feel my toes, my fingers and I'm using hand warmers. I just wasn't prepared for this type of cold weather and I'm at Karsi train station and I'm seeing a lot of commuters and even though they're bundled up, that doesn't seem to be helping them during this weather. Now, this entire area is full of those commuters so they're taking the trains, the bus waiting for Ubers and even walking home. Now, I did speak to a few people about this weather and all of them told me it's just too cold outside now because of it. An important note to tell you, the city has once again issued a cold blue. That means any New Yorker looking for shelter will not be denied. Now, cold blues are usually declared when temperatures are expected to go below freezing and this will be in effect until eight tomorrow. So if you're planning on heading outside, please bundled up and it's only going to get colder. So you need your hats, your gloves, your scarf sets, hand warmers, anything to keep you warm.
