Brooklyn residents are flocking to the Williamsburg hotspot Belly to fill up on their favorite foods with some fun twists.
Belly is serving up the city's first bacon omakase menu.
"You're entrusting...the chef to give you his tasting menu," says executive chef Brian Crawford.
There are nine courses of dishes featuring twists on cultural staples, like bacon sushi.
There's also chicharron de Belly, with thick-cut pork belly in a maple soy glaze served with market greens.
