A new eatery in Bushwick is offering customers a dining experience unlike any other.
Ichiran Ramen features barriers around guests, isolating them from one another.
The practice is popular in Japan and is meant to ensure dining in peace and quiet.
"This is the perfect setting for antisocial people," says the restaurant's director, Hana Isoda.
Diners make their food selections and are served without a word, which allows them to focus on flavor.
