Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams hosted a news conference Wednesday addressing gun violence and other community concerns occurring in New York City.
Cuomo also called the city's mayoral race before it even happens.
"It's a pleasure to be back in Brooklyn, and it's a pleasure to be with Eric Adams, the next mayor of New York City," said Cuomo.
Cuomo and Adams discussed several issues plaguing the city right now, including gun violence, homelessness and police relations with the community. Both men referenced the deadly shooting of the 13-year-old Bronx teen earlier this week.
