Wheeler Spray Park in Linden is a great place to cool off during the extreme heat this week.

About 19,000 people have been through the gates so far this summer.

There's fish spraying water, a giant pirate ship, a lighthouse with water coming out of the top and a giant dragon.

The park is open until 6 p.m. There is a small fee and a capacity limit, but there is water spraying if you are waiting in line.

There is also a special-needs event Wednesday nights with an ice cream truck.
