If you want your Christmas tree gone, you can recycle it in Orange County. 

If you're a resident, you can bring your real tree to the county's transfer stations in New Hampton or Newburgh.

They'll be ground up and recycled.

You have to take off any non-tree items, including tinsel and ornaments.

There's no charge.

You have until Jan. 31 to bring your tree there for recycling.
