Manhattan College's Rhamel Brown has returned to Riverdale for his junior year.
Brown was the Defensive Player of the Year in the MAAC last season, averaging two and a half blocks per game.
The award was no surprise to anyone who saw Brown play in high where he was one of the most dominant defensive forces in the city for Brooklyn's Transit Tech.
