One of three remaining suspects has been found not guilty on all counts in the 2015 shooting death of Carey Gabay, an aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

Keith Luncheon had been charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.

The jury said it was deadlocked in deliberating the fate of the two remaining suspects, Stanley Elianor and Micah Alleyne. The judge ordered the jury to continue deliberations on them.

Closing arguments in the trial were heard last week. Deliberations began on Tuesday.

Last week, Kenny Bazile, who was being tried before a separate jury, was found guilty on a manslaughter charge in Gabay's death. He faces up to 15 years behind bars. His lawyer argued Bazile was defending himself in the shootout against Alleyne, Elianor and Luncheon.

A fifth defendant, Tyshawn Crawford, avoided a possible life sentence by taking a plea deal in exchange for testifying against the other men.

Police say Gabay was caught in the crossfire of the defendants just hours before the West Indian American Day Parade in September 2015.

Luncheon still faces charges in connection with two unrelated cases.
