Several Kensington neighbors say their Christmas decorations have been disappearing from their front lawns over the past few weeks.
A man who lives on East Fourth Street shared a video with News 12 of a man in the same blue jacket and backpack coming back to his home multiple times. First to take a look, until finally hopping the fence and stealing some of his inflatable decorations.

That same man came back to seemingly steal more earlier this week but failed because the homeowner is now using chains, locks and a box to prevent the bandit from unplugging his decorations.
While neighbors tell News 12 they're disappointed police aren't doing more to catch the Christmas bandit, they say they are not going to let this man spoil their holiday season.
