Kingsboro Psychiatrist Center workers tell News 12 they have bad bosses.
Workers say there are a few managers who bully workers and use nepotism with hiring decisions.
"The members said we want the people who are doing it out and management said 'No,'" said Public Employee Federation President Wayne Spence.
