Local leaders are calling for peace following recent attacks against members of Brooklyn's Jewish community.
Two people who claim they were targeted simply because they are Jewish were among those at Borough Hall Tuesday to publicly denounce the violence.
The most recent incident was allegedly seen on a video posted online. The victim says a group of black teenagers vandalized his Crown Heights store while shouting "Heil Hitler."
In the other attack last Tuesday, Leonard Petlakh, the head of the Kings Bay Young Men's Hebrew Association, claims he was beat up outside the Barclays Center by pro-Palestinian protesters.
Police say both incidents are under investigation. No arrests have been made.
