The Brownsville woman accused of killing and dismembering her neighbor has pleaded not guilty.
Leah Cuevas is charged with murder in the death of Chinelle Latoya Thompson Browne, and is being held without bail.
According to prosecutors, the two women got into an argument over rent and utilities before the 27-year-old mother was reported missing earlier this month.
Browne's body parts were then found scattered in parts of Long Island.
